2) After you complete your purchase, the EmpaMaker team will contact you to coordinate customization details such as your list of flavors. You can also reach us through our customer service WhatsApp at +51 940 598 775. Once the digital design is confirmed, the 7-business-day manufacturing period will begin. At the end, we will send you photos and a video for visual verification.
3) The shipping period is 3 to 5 business days with DHL Express to your address. The price does not include destination charges such as taxes and customs clearance.
