- What types of empanadas do they offer? EmpaMaker currently offers 9 shapes: Half Moon, Horseshoe, Circular, Triangular, Rectangular, Square, Heart, U-Shape and Sausage.
- What sizes do they offer? Sizes range from 6cm to 20cm in all shapes. If you require a different size, please contact us for a quote.
- How do I choose the right size for my mold? If you already make empanadas, measure them from end to end. Keep in mind that the empanada shrinks 1 centimeter when it comes out of the mold and shrinks another 1 centimeter after cooking.
- Manufacturing Time? The manufacturing time for a manual machine is 7 business days and for a pneumatic machine, 14 business days. The shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.
- Location? EmpaMaker's only factory and showroom is located at Jr. Ramón Pizarro 121, Pueblo Libre district, Lima, Peru. Schedule your in-person or virtual visit or consultation by clicking on the More Information tab -> Schedule a Virtual Consultation.
- Warranty Period? Todos nuestros productos tienen un periodo de garantía de 1 año. Para efectuar una garantía comuníquese al WhatsApp de Atención al Cliente EmpaMaker: +51 944 043 260. EmpaMaker se compromete a brindar todos los repuestos necesarios para que su máquina trabaje adecuadamente. El cliente debe cubrir todos los gastos de transporte como el envío de repuestos.

How to change molds on a manual machine?
If you need to replace molds due to breakage or wear, here's how to do it. If you're located abroad, you can send them to our plant in Peru for replacement by the EmpaMaker team, or we can send you new molds for you to replace yourself using the following tutorial.
