1) Select the number of molds for your manual machine, then choose the mold size and the edge type in the options menu.
2) After you complete your purchase, the EmpaMaker team will contact you to coordinate customization details such as your list of flavors. You can also reach us through our customer service WhatsApp at +51 940 598 775. Once the digital design is confirmed, the 7-business-day manufacturing period will begin. At the end, we will send you photos and a video for visual verification.
3) The shipping cost is covered nationwide (within Peru). In Metropolitan Lima, delivery will be made via delivery app or Shalom. Shipping to other regions, which takes 2 to 4 business days, will be done via Shalom or the transportation company available in your area.
