2) Once your purchase is complete, the EmpaMaker team will reach out to you to coordinate custom details such as your flavor list. You can also contact us directly via our customer service WhatsApp at [+51 944 043 260]. Upon confirming the digital mockup, the 7-business-day manufacturing period will begin. Once completed, photos and video will be sent for your visual verification.

3) Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days via DHL Express straight to your address. The price does not include destination fees, such as local taxes or customs clearance duties.
